With a combined experience of more than two decades, they have made significant contributions across various fields such as education, human services, community engagement, workforce development, and training. Dr. & Dr. Joseph have over 5,000 hours of administering training and development sessions to diverse populations. This seasoned pair excels in devising and executing innovative solutions that elevate organizational and program effectiveness. Dr. DeLisa's commitment to education, counseling expertise, and proficiency in change management, coupled with Dr. Lerone's strategic thinking and coaching abilities, create a powerful synergy leading to remarkable success. Their passion, coupled with diverse industry knowledge, enables them to shape successful outcomes and drive positive change.

Lerone Joseph, PhD

With over 10 years of experience in Higher Education leadership and 5 years in workforce development and community engagement, I bring a wealth of expertise in fostering growth and connection. Certified in MBTI and Youth Mental Health First Aid, I am equipped to support both individual development and team dynamics. As a 2022-2023 National League of Cities Fellow, I’ve had the privilege of working on initiatives that drive positive change in communities.

DeLisa Joseph, EdD

With 7 years of leadership experience in Higher Education and 6 years in K-12 leadership, I bring a strong foundation in educational management across diverse settings. As a trained Trauma and Crisis Management Specialist, I am skilled in providing critical support during challenging situations. Serving on the Board of Directors for the Virginia School Counselor Association, I am dedicated to advancing resources and support for students and educational professionals alike.
